Modification of the Information Society Services Act (LSSICE)
With the entry into force of Royal Decree 13/2012, which amends the ‘Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información’ (LSSICE), it is compulsory to obtain the express consent of users before they browse websites that use non-essential cookies.
What are cookies?

Cookies affected by the regulation and exempt cookies
In accordance with European regulations, the user's informed consent is required for analytical, advertising and affiliation cookies. On the other hand, technical cookies that are necessary for the operation of the website or for the provision of services specifically requested by the user are exempt.
