Terms and conditions of sale

· GARANTÍA

MAQUINAS FX products are intended for professional use and are guaranteed for one year.

As our products are intended for specialised use, they are not governed by the regulations of Law 23/2003 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, as they are equipment for professional use.

· COBERTURA DE GARANTÍA

The MAQUINAS FX warranty is effective from the time of purchase, as indicated on the invoice, and covers manufacturing defects only.

*Important note: The warranty does not cover failures caused by incorrect use of the equipment, the use of liquids not approved by MAQUINAS FX, or lack of maintenance. MAQUINAS FX ensures that its fluids undergo rigorous quality controls, which guarantees optimum performance and a longer service life. Therefore, we recommend the exclusive use of our liquids to avoid damage to internal parts and to achieve better performance.

· PROCESO DE REVISIÓN DE GARANTÍA

The equipment will be evaluated by MAQUINAS FX Technical Service to verify if the problem is due to a manufacturing defect. If the damage is caused by misuse or by factors not covered, the cost of servicing and shipping will be borne by the user, without this being covered by the warranty.

· PRECIOS E IMPUESTOS

In general terms and unless otherwise indicated, the prices indicated in catalogues, price lists and offers are subject to change without prior notice. Such prices are valid, unless there is a typographical error, out of stock or changes by our suppliers. Product images and descriptions may not completely match the original model in terms of colour, shape, etc.

*For payments by bank transfer, the goods will not be dispatched until the amount of the order has been credited to our bank account.

· SHIPPING COSTS

To manage orders, please consult with sales managers.

All orders will be sent by the transport company designated by MÁQUINAS EFECTOS ESPECIALES S.L. If the customer requests another transport company, this must be indicated when placing the order. Freight charges will be due, regardless of the amount of the purchase.

In all cases the transport of the goods shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

The shipment will always be made by MÁQUINAS EFECTOS ESPECIALES S.L. after receipt of payment in the bank accounts provided for this purpose.

MÁQUINAS EFECTOS ESPECIALES S.L. is not responsible for the goods arriving at their destination in poor condition due to mishandling by the transport agency. The recipient must check the condition of the goods upon delivery and reflect it on the delivery note of the transport agency.

Any packaging or goods received in an apparent state of deterioration or breakage must be notified to the transport agency at the time of receipt and recorded on the aforementioned delivery note. This incident must be reported to MÁQUINAS EFECTOS ESPECIALES S.L. within 24 hours. Otherwise, it will be understood that it has been received in perfect condition and a hypothetical claim will not proceed.

MÁQUINAS EFECTOS ESPECIALES S.L. shall in no case be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products when this is due to force majeure or is not attributable solely to Máquinas Efectos Especiales.

· CANCELLATIONS

This sale and purchase is subject to the Ley de Ordenación de Comercio Minorista and/or the Ley General para la Defensa de Consumidores y Usuarios (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). Due to the exceptional circumstances of the product sold and due to its nature, it cannot be returned. The customer, with this document, acknowledges having been informed of this and accepts the conditions of sale.

- TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS

All our products are manufactured under strict quality and standardisation norms. However, it is important to note that, during the manufacturing process, due to purely technical reasons, minor variations in colour, shade, size and/or shape may occur, even between different batches of the same product.

These variations, if any, would be extremely subtle and would not be considered as manufacturing defects. On the other hand, the accuracy of the colour perceived by the customer on our website is subject to the calibration of your monitor, the use of appropriate output profiles and the lighting conditions in your working environment. Therefore, as a general rule, no returns related to the colour, shade, size and/or shape of our products will be accepted.

- USER MANUAL

We recommend downloading or requesting the corresponding user manual for each machine purchased, in order to ensure proper use and maintenance.

- USE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MÁQUINAS EFECTOS ESPECIALES S.L. shall not be liable for the inappropriate or negligent use of the products by the purchaser, which includes not following the recommendations indicated in these conditions. Nor shall it be liable for failure to comply with the rules of use established by the manufacturer for each product, or for placing them within the reach of children or minors.
