In general and unless otherwise stated, the prices indicated in catalogs, rates and offers do not include VAT and are subject to change without notice. For payments by bank transfer the goods will not be shipped until the amount of the order is not in our bank account.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping costs from 400€, EXCEPT LIQUIDS, CONFETI COTILLON and PACKAGES OF LARGE VOLUME AND WEIGHT (For all the peninsular national territory. For Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please consult).

All orders will be sent through the transport company designated by Máquinas Efectos Especiales. In case of request by the customer of another transport agency, this must be indicated at the time of placing the order. Freight charges will be due, regardless of the amount of the purchase, and the transport of the goods will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

The costs from a value in machines over 500€ if consumables or accessories are added, the shipment will be free, except for liquids that in all cases will have shipping costs.

All consumables will incur shipping costs regardless of type and quantity.

The shipment will always be made by Special Effects Machines, once payment has been received in the bank accounts provided for this purpose.

Máquinas Efectos Especiales is not responsible if the merchandise arrives at its destination in poor condition due to mishandling by the shipping agency. The recipient must verify the condition of the goods received and reflect on the delivery note of the transport agency.

Any packaging or merchandise received in an apparent state of deterioration or breakage must be notified to the transport agency at the time of receipt and recorded on the delivery note, and the Special Effects Machines must be notified within 24 hours of the incident, otherwise it will be understood that it has been received in perfect condition and no claim will be made for it.

The delivery of immediate merchandise can be guaranteed in a normal period of 48 to 72 hours and for the rest of the merchandise the delivery will be in 5 working days, always within the Peninsula. Maquinas Efectos Especiales shall in no case be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the Products when this is due to force majeure or when the delay is not attributable solely to Maquinas Efectos Especiales.

MÁQUINAS EFECTOS ESPECIALES S.L. is not responsible in any case for the delivery in perfect condition of the items of tricked glass. Given its great fragility, and although MÁQUINAS EFECTOS ESPECIALES S.L. puts all the means for its protection in the packaging, we can not guarantee the delivery of the same in perfect condition. The customer, if he considers it appropriate, can send his own carrier or pick up the order at our facilities.

CANCELLATIONS.

This sale and purchase is subject to the Law of Retail Trade Management and / or the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. Due to the exceptional circumstances of the product sold and by reason of its nature, its return is not admitted. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS

All our products are manufactured according to strict quality standards to ensure their uniformity. However, during their manufacture, and due to exclusively technical reasons, there may be small variations in color, shade, size and/or shape, even for different batches of the same product.

These variations, if they occur, are very subtle and are not considered a manufacturing error. On the other hand, the achievement of an accurate color on the web by the customer depends on the calibration of his monitor, the correct output profiles and the light environment in which he works. Therefore, in any case and as a general rule, we do not accept returns for issues related to color, hue, size and/or shape of our products.

WARRANTIES

The articles that Máquinas Efectos Especiales offers in this Web, are guaranteed by important commercial firms and offer the highest quality.

All FX Machines products are for professional use and have a 1 year warranty, except those perishable items, which are those that have a continuous use and suffer continuous wear.

As these products are for professional use, they are not

Since they are products for professional use, they are not regulated by Law 23/2003 on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase (reflected on the invoice) and covers manufacturing faults or defects.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Máquinas Efectos Especiales. It is also essential that you check the machines the same day they are received, since the warranty will not be applicable after 24 hours.

Before sending any equipment for repair, it is essential to empty all the liquid content as the company is not responsible for any damage caused by wet equipment or defects or damage that may cause transport agencies or third parties.

MOST IMPORTANT.

– The obstruction of parts or components due to incorrect use, as well as the use of liquids or consumables not authorized by MÁQUINAS FX, or due to lack of maintenance ARE NOT SUBJECT TO WARRANTY, therefore such defects will be treated as an ORDINARY REPAIR OUT OF WARRANTY.

To establish if the appliance is covered by the warranty, MÁQUINAS FX Technical Service will carry out a review of the appliance confirming that it is a manufacturing fault. If this is not the case, the warranty does not cover the repair, and the user will be responsible for the costs of the review and return shipping costs. Change in the first 15 days.

In the first fifteen days after the date of purchase, it will be possible to request the change of the device due to a manufacturing fault. In order to do so, it is essential that

1. That the appliance arrives at the Technical Service within the first «fifteen days» after the date of purchase (according to invoice to be presented at the Technical Service).

2. That the Technical Service confirms that it is a manufacturing fault or defect.

3. The appliance arrives at the Technical Service without tampering, without knocks and without liquids or other products spilled on the appliance.

4. That the appliance has not been tampered with either externally or internally.

5. That the appliance has not been knocked or opened.

6. That the device does not have any cut cable.

7. That the appliance arrives at the Technical Service with each and every one of its accessories.

8. That the appliance arrives at the Technical Service with its ORIGINAL box, packing and bagging utensils in perfect condition.

Failure to comply with any of these conditions will make it impossible to exchange the product.

If the client does not agree with the valuation of our technical service, he/she can send us a detailed report, written by a specialized expert, certifying that the failure detected corresponds to a manufacturing defect, in which case the technical responsible of the department will make a determination based on both reports.

In the event of a refund, the money will be returned to the customer once the above checks have been carried out by Máquinas Efectos Especiales S.L.

The cost of transporting any device under warranty to our warehouse in Madrid shall be borne by the customer or purchaser, while the cost of returning the same shall be borne by Máquinas Efectos Especiales S.L., (provided that said device is under warranty).

For the resolution of any litigious matter arising from these general conditions of sale, both parties submit to the Courts of the city of Madrid (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Máquinas Efectos Especiales shall not be held responsible for the improper or negligent use of the products by the purchaser (including the non-observance of the recommendations included in these conditions), nor for the non-compliance with the rules of use established by the manufacturer for each product, as well as the placement of the same within the reach of children or minors.
